How does it work?

1. Find your apartment

Renting an apartment allows you to feel at home while you are travelling. You will experience the local feeling enjoying the intimacy of your holiday home with your partner, family or friends.

In Migoa you will only find apartments managed by professional property managers, which will guarantee you a secure process while booking and professional service in a familiar atmosphere during your stay.

  • Enter your holiday destination, dates and the total amount of persons travelling into the search box of Migoa;
  • You can use our filters to narrow your search, should you have specific wishes about the characteristics of your holiday apartment or should you need extra services;
  • Check the ads you like most and read the description carefully;
  • Should you have any doubts, call our customer service from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.: +44 203 318 21 80.

2. Book your apartment

As all apartments of Migoa are being managed by professional property managers, you don’t have to send time consuming emails back and forth to book your apartment.

  • Click on “Book now!”, enter your personal data, accept our terms and conditions and pay by credit card. In some cases you can pay as well by bank transfer;
  • Once the apartment manager accepts and confirms the booking, you will receive the booking confirmation, which occurs within 24 hours.

3. Enjoy and share

Together with the booking confirmation that we send you by email, you will also receive all necessary information about how to contact the apartment manager, with whom you can discuss further details regarding your arrival and stay, like for ex. check-in and check-out time, hand-over of keys, extra services or anything else you might need to make your stay perfect.

  • Hand-over of keys: Each apartment manager is handling differently the hand-over of keys. You will receive the detailed information in the booking confirmation together with the contact details of the apartment manager. In any case, please read the information carefully.
  • Extra Services: In case you will need to modify the check-in / check-out time, or you need a baby cot or for any other wishes you might have during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact the apartment manager. But remember that for some extra services there is an extra  fee to be paid.
  • Share your experience: Please don’t forget to evaluate your holiday apartment. 2 days after your stay we will send you a form by email from Migoa. Your evaluation will help future travellers to find the perfect apartment for their stay.
